I'm pretty sure this has been the most exhausting and rewarding "thing" I have ever created. I have been working on writing nonfiction reading passages for every 5th grade common core science standard for who knows how long! Each passage has questions that address all of our 5th grade nonfiction reading standards....and I am finally DONE!!
I thought this would be a piece of cake, but I was so. very. wrong. It is much easier to verbally communicate these concepts than write about them...at least for me!
